In-store collection
After choosing or purchasing your basket online, you can collect it in person from our warehouse, by appointment, at a time that suits you. This is the best way to make sure the item meets your expectations or, if you change your mind, to choose another one. (Even better: if you would like to purchase a basket for collection from our warehouse, we recommend choosing it directly on site rather than buying it online beforehand.)
Collection is available by appointment only, Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 12 noon.

Please note: Baskets that are too large will not be shipped by post and must be collected directly from our warehouse (until we can organise collection points throughout Belgium — a solution to come). The same applies to orders containing several large baskets that cannot be nested, unless they are split into several parcels, which will result in higher shipping costs, as detailed here.
Delivery to a collection point or to your home
We can also ship your basket to your home. To reduce the environmental impact of delivery, we strongly recommend choosing delivery to a collection point. Delivery to a collection point allows the carrier to optimise its route. And if the collection point is on one of your usual journeys, you will not need to make any additional trips to collect your parcel. That means fewer CO2 emissions.
It is worth noting that a parcel that cannot be delivered on the first attempt (to your home address, for example, if you are not there) generates more pollution, as it requires additional journeys to be delivered, redirected and collected. Delivery to a collection point also offers greater flexibility in terms of collection times — another good reason to choose this option in the first place.
But that's not all: several sales and collection points
You can also purchase our baskets from our partners. Several models are available from them at all times. If you would like a particular model, simply order it directly from our partner: your basket will be delivered to them during our next visit to their area (one to two weeks' waiting time).
