(*) If the ordered baskets are too bulky and cannot fit into a single parcel, we will have to send them separately, and in this case, the prices will increase:
- in Belgium, from €5.90 to €10.40 for packages sent to a relay point, and from €7.90 to €12.40 for packages sent to a home address.
- to neighboring countries: from €10.90 to €15.90 to a relay point, and from €12.50 to €17.50 to a home address.
If, during packaging, we still manage to fit all the baskets into one package (as it depends on the sizes and types of baskets chosen), we will refund the overpaid shipping costs.
(**) For logistical reasons, we only deliver to the countries mentioned in the table. Please contact us if you live in a country not listed above, and we will see how we can proceed. However, for common sense reasons, and because we prioritize proximity to reduce the overall impact, we do not deliver outside of European borders.
Please note: Our baskets come in a wide variety of sizes, so packaging them can sometimes be very complicated (few of them can be nested). If the sizes allowed by transport companies are exceeded, additional shipping costs may apply. If you receive an error message when choosing delivery options, please contact us!
Order preparation and shipping times
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made after receipt of payment for the order, and according to the delivery schedule or an agreed-upon date.
We will take care to package your baskets properly, using, whenever possible, second-hand packaging. As detailed on this page, packaging has a significant impact on the environment, so we believe it is important to reuse packaging when possible, and of course, we refuse over-packaging. Since our baskets are inherently very strong, it is not necessary to immobilize them excessively with paper or other void-fill chips (even those described as eco-friendly).
Items damaged during transport
If you receive a parcel from us with contents that have been damaged during transport, we will exchange the damaged product(s) free of charge, provided you send us written proof and several photos of the basket(s) and packaging (to contact@osierjosephine.be) within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Returns
You have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order to return any item that does not suit you.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect resalable condition, unused, without any traces or marks, otherwise the received products will not be refunded or exchanged.
Please note that:
- The cost of returning the original item will be at your expense.
- The shipping costs for the new item will be charged again.
Return procedure:
- Carefully place the item back in its original packaging;
- Contact us via our Contact page;
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to return the item to us;
- The refund will be issued upon receipt and verification of the package by us.
